Websites for clinics, practices and appointment based firms

A website built around the moment someone decides to book. From £399.

Most practice websites are brochures. They look respectable, describe the services, and leave the visitor to work out what to do next. I build the other kind. Fast, plain sites where every page has one job: turning a visitor's interest into an enquiry you can act on. That enquiry usually arrives when you are closed, so every site launches with Cura, the AI receptionist I build, already installed and trained.

Send me the link to your current website. You get a working Cura demo built on your real services, free, before you decide anything.

Before you look at anything else

Work out what one missed enquiry is worth to you.

Not what I say it is worth. What it is worth in your own numbers, which you already know and I do not.

Write down what a first appointment is worth to you. Then write down what a full course of treatment is worth, or a full matter. That second number is the real size of one missed enquiry. Put it next to £399. You already know whether that maths works, and you do not need me to tell you.

If one enquiry is worth a few pounds to you, this is the wrong purchase and I will say so on the call.

The third line is the one nobody can fill in. Unless someone set the tracking up, there is no answer to it, and that is the part this page is really about.

What the £399 covers

One fixed scope. Six things, all covered.

Every build covers the same six things. Nothing on this list is an add on, and nothing on it turns up later on a second invoice.

01

Design

Designed for the visitor you actually get: someone on a phone, in the evening, with two questions and a decision half made. Clear pages, quick answers, and a next step that is always in view.

02

Build

Built by hand to load fast and stay simple to maintain. No page builder bloat, and nothing that falls over the first time a plugin updates.

03

Copy

Written in plain English, in your practice's voice. Every page answers the questions patients actually ask, then ends with a clear way to act on the answer.

04

Booking link wiring

Your own online booking link wired in wherever a visitor is ready to act, so the person who has already decided can book there and then.

05

Cura, installed and trained

Cura answers practical questions from your approved information 24 hours a day and captures the visitor's name, number, reason for contact and preferred time. When a call rings out, it texts the caller back within seconds. When someone is ready to go ahead, it sends them your own online booking link. Anything urgent, or anything you have not approved, goes to a person with the full conversation attached.

do you do implants and roughly how much

We do, single implants and full arch. The practice has approved a guide range for single implants and I can share it, then Priya can confirm the exact figure at your consultation. Shall I take your details so she can call you back?

yes please, mornings are best

Thank you. I have your details and I have sent you the practice booking link as well, in case you would rather pick a slot yourself.

Details captured. Booking link sent. Note left for the practice.

06

Conversion tracking

Set up from launch, so you can see which enquiries and bookings the site produced. You judge the site on enquiries, not on how it looks.

That is the whole list. If you want something that is not on it, I will price it and put it in writing before it is built. You never find out afterwards.

What I will not do

The limits, in writing, before you pay anything.

A low headline price only reads as a catch if you are expecting a second invoice. So here is everything Cura will not do, and everything I will not sell you. Read this part first if you read nothing else.

One boundary, so there is no confusion later. Cura does not answer live phone calls. It sends people your own online booking link, and it works only from information you have approved. If an answer has not been approved, it says so and takes a message instead. Every conversation is logged, a data processing agreement is provided, and personal data is stored at rest in the UK.

  • No live phone calls. It answers the website and it texts back missed callers.
  • Your booking system, not mine.
  • Approved information only.
  • Not approved means not answered. It says so and takes a message.
  • Every conversation logged.
  • A data processing agreement is provided.
  • Personal data stored at rest in the UK.
  • I will not promise you a number before the tracking exists to prove it. Unless someone has already set the tracking up, nobody can tell you what your current website produced last month, and that includes me.
  • I will not put a claim on your website that you cannot stand behind. If a number goes on the page, it has to be yours and it has to be true.
  • I will not tell you Cura picks up the phone. It does not.

what does invisalign cost with you

I have not been given approved fees for Invisalign, so I am not going to guess at a figure. I will pass this straight to the practice with your question attached, and someone will come back to you with it. What is the best number to reach you on?

07700 900 204, after 6 is easiest

Not approved. Message taken. Passed to a person with the full conversation attached.

Example conversation. Millbrook Dental Studio is a fictional practice.

That is the boundary doing its job. It would rather hand the question to you than invent an answer on your behalf.

Those three are concepts, and they are labelled as concepts because inventing a client list is the easiest lie on the internet. The delivered work I can put my name to is FLC and Sakan Fix. Both are real, both are mine, and on the call I will share my screen and walk you through either one, page by page, so you can ask why anything on them is where it is.

The proof that matters most is not about my sites anyway. It is about yours.

See it answer in your own words, on your own services, before you decide anything.

Build my free demo

How you will know it worked

You judge the site on enquiries, not on how it looks.

Do not take my figure. Take yours. Open your own Google listing, add up the hours you are actually open, and subtract that from 168. Whatever is left is how long your website works on its own every week.

Right now you cannot say what it did during any of those hours. From launch day you can. Tracking goes on before any promise gets made, not after, because it is the part that can go against the person who built it.

  • Every enquiry is logged with the name, number, reason for contact and preferred time.
  • Clicks to call, messages and booking link clicks are tracked back to the page that produced them, so you can see which part of the site is doing the work.
  • When a call rings out, the caller gets a text back within seconds, and that conversation lands in the same log as everything else.
  • Anything urgent, or anything not approved, goes to a person with the full conversation attached, so nobody has to reconstruct what was said.
  • If you run paid ads, the tracking is wired so an enquiry can be traced back to the click that produced it.

Counting since launch day

Nothing on that list is estimated. If a result cannot be traced back to the site, it does not go on the list. That is the rule, and it is why the tracking is built before any promise is made about what the site will produce.

Who this is for

Practices where one enquiry is worth real money.

Clinics, dental and medical practices, physiotherapists, aesthetic clinics, law firms, and any business that runs on appointments, where one new patient or client is worth a full course of care or a full matter.

Right for you if

  • Your current site describes the practice well enough, but you cannot point to the enquiries it has produced.
  • Enquiries arrive in the evening and sit unanswered until the front desk opens.
  • Your booking link exists, but it is buried where nobody ready to book will find it.
  • You want one person accountable for the whole thing, not a project passed between departments.

Not this. You want something else

  • You want a brand campaign, a photoshoot and a strategy deck. That is agency work and it is a different budget. I will tell you so on the call rather than take the money.
  • You want a dozen stakeholders in a room signing off wording. There is one person here, and that only works if there is one person your side who can say yes.
  • You need a booking system built from scratch. I wire in the one you already use.
  • You want somebody to guarantee you a number this month. I will not do that before the tracking exists, and neither should anyone else.
  • You want fifty pages, a blog and a content programme. £399 is the starting figure for a small, focused site that does one job well.

Turning work down in public is cheaper than taking on the wrong job. If you are in the second column, say so on the call and I will point you at what I think you actually need.

The process

One person does the work. The list is short.

Buildsmith is one person. I design, build and write everything myself, so there is no handover between departments and nobody to chase.

Step one

A short call

You tell me how the practice runs: services, hours, fees, and what a good enquiry looks like. I ask about the twenty odd questions your front desk answers every week, because the site and Cura are both built around them.

Step two

Design and copy

You see real pages with real words, not wireframes. You comment, I revise, and nothing moves forward until you are happy with it.

Step three

Build and wiring

I build the site, wire in your online booking link, and train Cura on your approved information. You read every answer before anything goes live. If you do not like a wording, we change it.

Step four

Launch

The site goes live with conversion tracking switched on. If something breaks afterwards, the person who answers is the person who built it.

You get an honest timeline before I start, and it is the real one. If your build will take longer than you were hoping, you hear that on the first call, not three weeks in.

What it costs

From £399, fixed in writing before any work starts.

Same six things, same one person, same fixed scope. The figure is low because the scope is fixed and the work is done by one person, not by a team with a floor of costs to cover. Nothing was taken off the list to get there.

In the £399

Design. Build. Copy. Booking link wiring. Cura installed and trained. Conversion tracking from launch. All six, every build, no add ons.

Separate from the build

Cura's monthly plan after launch. I set that figure out plainly on the call. The £399 does not buy you months of Cura, and I am not going to pretend it does.

Fixed in writing

The exact figure is agreed in writing after a short call, before any work starts. It does not change unless the scope changes, and the scope only changes if you ask it to. There is no second invoice for anything on the list.

By the end of a twenty minute call you will have the figure, the scope and the timeline in writing. You should feel like you already have the quote before you pick up the phone. That is the point of this page.

Next step

Start with the demo, not the invoice.

You do not have to decide anything today. Send me the link to your current website. I will build a working Cura demo trained on your real services and send it back to you. Talk to it the way one of your patients would, at eleven at night if you like. If it is not useful, you have lost a link and five minutes.

  • The demo. Paste your website address. You get a working demo on your own services, free, with no call required first.
  • The call. Twenty minutes. You leave with the figure, the scope and the timeline in writing.
  • WhatsApp. If you would rather just ask one question first, message me and I will answer it myself.

Prefer to talk first? Book a call, or message me on WhatsApp.

No card details, no sign up, no automated sequence. The reply comes from me.

If a new website is not what you need, I will say so on the call and tell you what I think you should do instead. That costs me a build and saves you £399, and I would rather that than sell you the wrong thing.
